i will buy it for 70$. i will use pay-pal, seeing is how it is the most fair way. im not exactly sure how to use it, but u can help me. as soon as i see the phat in my inventory, i will send the money. i want a white or blue phat, i do not know the value, seeing is how i am a new player. i think they are really awesome looking, and my friend says they are worth about that much. i am a member of the anti-scammers, so that is some reassurance, and i will also give u my email.

Sorry to break it to you but there is NO ONE that would sell a party hat by giving the item first.

While I am not saying you are not to be trusted, being a member of the anti scammers should NOT be a basis to throw all the trust you have at the person.  All that being in the antiscammers means is that you have:
a. Posted in the thread and
b. Not a known scammer in the past

So even if you see the sig, don't automatically trust that member.
