when i do CTRL+ALT+DEL, nothing happens??? wat should i do??????????????????????????

sounds like a trojan/virus. prolly best to reinstall windows / try recover to earlier date. alot of trojans automatically stop firewalls and a.v working properly and cancel out some features like 'Task Manager'..
