I want to make a runescape website, but i dont know how to. can someone plz email me step by step ways to make a website. Of course i will show my favorite runescape sites now(thetechguide, runehq, etc.) plz help, my email is

neon_inuyasha445@ya hoo.com(no space in ya hoo, but all the other spaces and underscores are right)

i want forums, a link to runescape, etc. etc... /blink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':blink:\' />

Well it's handy to know HTML to start off with. Or you can try one of those WYSIWYG website editors. One is Hotdog Express.

I started off at www.clantemplates.com.  Download one of their free templates, edit it, upload it to some hosting.  I would help you out more, but i am too busy at the moment.
