Title: Tell me about my idea

I was playing a game today(not runescape), its called gaia online. I saw that they had avatars, and forums, so it gave me an idea. I enjoy playing runescape, and talking about it. So i came up with this idea, that im thinking about making it real, but i need help.

My idea is to make a forum site(about runescape and other games) with runescape avatars. You will make an avatar in the beginning(of course they are mini) that will look like a person in runescape, the beginner clothes. but you will get to choose the clothes, like runescape. You will earn gp by posting and replying in the forums. 2 gp for every post/reply you make in the forums. Then you will have your character walk around and go to towns, solve the quests like runescape, and buy armor. so every time you post, your person will appear next to your screen name, with the armor or clothes like the game. it will have all the runescape armor and clothes. But for high level armor, instead of levels, you will be ranked by as much as you post and reply. I'm still thinking of ideas. Help me think of ideas and make the site.

I wouldn't say I know how to make a proffesional site.  And with something like that I would have no idea where to start.  I could think of ways and tell you if I come up with anything but I odn't know if I could do something like that.

i would get help from everyone i know, and you could definitely help me. i dont even know how to make a real website, just free webs, so ill need your help with that. and ill need your help with the forums
