Title: Q&A for Windows causes WinXP to crash
Post by: leonjr1964 on March 21, 2006, 08:09:24 PM
Q&A for Windows is an older word processing/database program originally sold by Symantec (no longer supported) for Windows 3.1 up to Windows ME. There seems to be several issues with it on newer machines...

First: It wont install on hard drives bigger than 2GB. A problem easily solved by creating a small partition for it on large discs.
Second: It has problems running on faster P4 processors, but there is a patch for this.
Third: It causes Windows NT, 2000, XP to crash. Does anyone happen to have a patch for this? I found one, but the author wants almost double what Q&A originally sold for.
