Title: Where's my Microsoft applications???

Well i was relieved to finally get rid of that stupid popup virus thanks to GUESTSOLO however, I cannot use my powerpoint, excel, or access...  I had them before the clean up... Can anybody tell me what I could do to get these applications back....?
