It's impossible to be removed from someone's referral list.
If you don't get YOUR account put on hold, the only way for them to not get credited is if THEIR account gets put on hold.
That's hard to do, because Freepay will only put someone's account on hold if they request it (of course) or if they've broken the terms of service.
I wish I could be taken off peoples' lists, but it's not that easy.

hmm but the question is who should I trust? or should I just put you both on the list. Even better, there should be a thread with a poll of which one of you is really a scammer. Damn I am confused.

Seriously, he never completed an offer on my site, nor did he even sign up. The only time he did sign up for my site was when I became persistent and called him a scammer. Also, benner410 has yet to complete an offer on my behalf.
It's not confusing when you actually look at the facts. He created this thread to divert attention from the fact that he was being labeled as a scammer. I don't trade on this site, so think what you like.
I just don't want other people to get scammed like I did, because it sucks. People who scam others cannot comprehend the fact that this is not a game--it's real money we're dealing with. Such a shame.
Anyhow, you can go ahead and create your poll. I'm not sure how it would go over, but you could try.
