Title: bootscreen help PLZ PLZ READ!

this is my last hope, I have tried everywhere.

I followed a bootscreen tutorial to the t except when it boots the colors are all messed. My theory is that we never set a new 16 color pallet in the file (i had made my own with photoshop as I know it can be done i have seen other screensavers) and I was wonderign how to update the pallet. Thanks.
