Hey,
Is it possible to make a bootable Windows 95 CD so I can setup win95 without a floppy disk?
I heard you can add the floppy disk as part of the CD and make it boot from the CD.
Can some one give newbie style instructions as to how to do this?
Thx!

you would open ezcd creator and click file new bootable cd then check emulate 1.44 floppy in the window that pops up leave the get image from a floppy disk button marked and put in your windows 95 boot disk then proceed to add the files from your windows 95 cd to the disk which should contain 2 files bootcat.bin and boot.bin one of them 2k and one about 1.2 meg
this should do the trick

You should use a win 98 or me boot disk to make the cd bootable or your cdrom will be unavalible dirung the boot!

Where can I get the boot.bin and bootcat.bin

these are files that your burning program will create from the floppy disk when you tell it to make a bootable cd with floppy emulation and then it will insert them into the root directory of the cd all you have to do then is add the windows 95 files and folders
