I just talked to him as well, He just gives wrong number, wrong pins and really eats your head. I have some proof of it as well, and please, will some one really sell me a pin.

Wow, I can't believe he's scammed so many on techguide. Yea I know he says the pin is this number then he says its htis number, I mean wtf is he talking about.
