I'm not sure if I remember this correctly but you're saying UNAUTHORIZED paypal use of the guy's account was initiated...in other words, he was using his MOM's account and not himself...the kid isn't smart enough to bring up the rs rules to paypal..a good idea is for you to call them and show a ss of the item being deliverd or a convo about it...also EXPLAIN how he was using his mom's paypal account and that he RECEIVED his item...in fact you can LIE and say this was done through an auction or something and a phonecall occured between you two, and you delivered your goods, and tell them you are ready to disclose any ID pictures and/or pictures to show conversation about item being sold going on...anything to show that you have nothing to hide...with all this said, good luck.

Post by: RSGOD on April 12, 2006, 09:55:30 PM: Oh yea also i contacted paypal and they said the buyer, never replied to the email after they filed the claim, and i explained the hole story and they said they made a note that the kid used his parents paypal account without authorizaton, so it looks good on my part i also faxed them the pictures and convos i had with the kid so that kid is screwed basicly.

I also stated, "I will give the buyer a refund of $259 as long as i get 37m runescape2 cash back"

So if he wants his money im going to expect 37m from that [censored] face [censored].
