they have a wide range of voodoo drivers that contain that file /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />

is this 3dfxvgl.dll a universal one that works with winxp too ?

If you put it in the system 32 , you cannot do anything wrong . Depends on the program you use it with if this program is winxp compatible or not .
