Title: help plz on understanding

I really need to know. if u are goin to buy a account from someone and they have recovs set. How are u post to trade them if they have recovs set to what they want. Even if he deletes it, i heard it takes 2 days for the recovs to go away and u can reset them so how are u post to buy a account? would i need to wait tell the person has no recovs set and then buy it?
What does a MM do when he has both the money and the account? Does he put his own recovs on the account and tells the person who is paying for the account what the answers to the recovs are? then gives the money to the account seller.
Can someone help me out with all of this stuff. Im sure alot of people would like to know if they have never traded before/used MM.
