Can I see the following please
Download F-Secure Blacklight(blbeta.exe) (http://\"http://www.f-secure.com/blacklight/try.shtml\")
to your root folder >>Normally C:\ drive
So you now have C:\blbeta.exe
* Open a command window. (Start>Run and type: cmd)
* Copy paste or type the following in the command window:
C:\blbeta.exe /expert
* Accept the user agreement.
* Click Scan.
* After the scan finishes, click on Next, then Exit.
Do not rename any files if found by blacklight, I need to see the log
BlackLight will create a log in your C:\ drive with the name "fsbl-xxxxxxx.log". Please post that log also.

Can you look for this file please
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winosz32.dll <-this file
Delete it if found
Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winosz32 - winosz32.dll (file missing)
After you have ticked the above entry, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis
Reboot the computer and post a fresh hijackthis log
If AntiVir prompts about the file again, can you let me know what location it's finding it at
