Hello, i have posted 3 posts so far at the ForSale/Wanted forum, but my posts are not shown there, what can i do?

You can start by only posting one post and waiting until it's approved.  If it's not approved, then you spammed.  Once you've proven yourself to not be a spammer/scammer, you will not be subject to the moderation queue.
