Title: Icons Messed up.

One day I just turned on my computer and for some reason some of my icons are messed up. Its mostly the folder icons. Like instead of the original icons these icons take place (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v112/scottosstuff2/Image2.jpg)
Anybody know whats wrong and knows what I should do to fix it?
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Try this, see if it's any help, if not we can try something else

Right click an empty spot on the desktop
left click properties
Open Appearance tab>>Effects
Check or Uncheck Large Icons

Ok it and apply
Then go back and uncheck or check(Whatever setting you normally had) Large Icons
Ok it and apply, does that help?

Glad to help, I've used that to repair the icon cache before
Use to use regseeker or TweakUI to rebuild iconcache, but that tip seems to work
