Title: How does Paypal MM work?

I'm buying a Dragon chain, and I will obviously be using an MM and paypal.
Could someone explain in detail how it all works and any suggested MMs to use for this?

1. You Send MM paypal Money
2. Seller Gives d chain to MM
3. MM sends money to seller
4. MM gives you D chain

 i think it is like that.

So it's:
1) Seller gives D chain to MM
2) I give cash to Seller
3) MM gives D chain.

either bloodogre or snake-master or someone, bloodogre cus he is trusted snake-master cus he has MM'ed a d chain before.
