at RuneScape.
Such behavior damages our game and infringes our intellectual property
andother legal rights.
Please contact me within 7 days to confirm that you will remove any
RuneScape related item or account selling posts on this website.
Otherwise I will pass the matter to our lawyers.

Technically, I'm not the owner anymore. It's owned by a corporation now. Basically it means, if anyone did sue the site, they'd come after the corporation, and not me. Even more basic, it means that the corporation could possibly lose everything it owns (which, besides the site, is nothing) and I don't lose a thing.
