does anyone know how to permanently remove recovery questions? i know you need first pass which i have, but where do i do it?

on www.runescape.com homepage scroll down under the account management section on the left click set new recovery questions then delete/ fllow steps (it's the one with the lefe ring thing on)

but iv got some set already and i set them last june and they are set, as in i can go type in the answers and change the pass, i need them completely canceld so that i can sell him, is this possible? or are they stuck on there and theres no way to get rid of them?
