Give him some time.  He told me he'd start working on it Tuesday.  Banks were closed today for Memorial day so there is nothing he could do.

yep and just today i found out officially he got his friggin $8 back !! so basically he got what he wanted and his money back !....so im out another account ...

Well im still fighting the chargeback, i told them i had a picture of him admitting it, so even if he doesent come clean chances are looking good on my side. In 5 days they will tell me the situation so im waiting, after that if i have to ill call them an explain as i did when i won the $259 chargeback.

i think its safe to say he's commited fraud, got whaty he wanted and earned a title on the scammers list, he's done n prolly wont be coming back.

Check your paypal accounts.  Everything has been fixed.  I had 420 dolalrs at risk here so I am very pleased that this is over.

It depends on what you consider a scammer.  The money he was using to pay everyone was not his.  In my opinion this is just as bad as any other scam.  He had no intention of scamming any member of this site, but he was dishonest with us.  Regardless, I don't think we'll see him on here for a while.
