Title: LINUX
Post by: supraskater on June 01, 2006, 11:25:06 AM
How do you download/upload or whatever on linux.  I put it to try on my old computer but I can't figure out downloading/uploading or whatever you have to do to put programs on there.  I'm trying to get firefox for it and all it does is give me a folder.  What do I do from there?

The Linux I'm using is called ubuntu.

I don't know to much about ubuntu, except I tried it and I think it sux. SuSE Linux Is  10 times better to me and a little easier tto use and learn. I'm running SuSE Linux on a Triple boot system with WinXP Pro and WinXP Pro x64.
