I bring this up because he was recommended by Floogerville and Kyra, but I honestly don't think he should be an elite as of now.  so its up to you guys.

i dont even think kyra should be one !!...plus if he is u better change his status lol.....but honestly i say no.....

Well Kyra did get two recommendations from I believe Everlasting Death and Floogerville... though Flooger seems to reccomend almost anyone who asks...  Kyra I think should be one, and only Josetann can change the status so until he sees the list Kyra is stuck with the group members.

I need you to actually PM me, letting me know who to add/delete, instead of just keeping an up to date list.  This is because I can't just copy/paste a list of users and set their status; instead I need to do each one individually.  With a long list, I'd have to go through each one to see if they're already set or not.  It's just easier to let me know about each change as it happens.
