1) I pay him 2m
2) He saying his paypal isn't working

I hope im just jumping to conclusions here but everyone take a look at these pictures I took on my MSN
The MSN avvies seem slightly smilar to me, and its definatly a photo so why would two different people, who signed up at different chances have the same picture, it just seems pretty weird.
