He like to pose at elite-anti-scammers, and official MM's (Me), He told someone who was selling 30m he would use me as a MM, the fake MM'er posing as me imed him on aim and he went throught with the trade and lost his 5m.
Everyone knows strike is chargebacker, scammer but yet nothign was done to ban his ip. Im asking a mod to ip ban him because hes causing hell on this site.
Thanks

kyra where saying ban his ip so he cant make new accounts
-
you ppl realise that an IP changes everytime u reconnect to the internet and he could have more that one comp that he can use
-
Ok, he had a few IPs, they've been banned, dunno who else it'll affect but that's the way it goes.
I take that back, I have an idea of how many people it'll affect. Majority of the users with his main ip have already been banned, here's two that have not:
I MM 4 LyF
i am trusted
Any problems from them?

Thank you for banning atleast some of his ips, isent there like a main IP adress that every computer has? If so try to find his, or like the most used ip that comes onto the site on the names the scammer uses.
-
No, there's no main ip that every computer has. Now some users have a static ip, that helps (us). Even more users have a semi-static ip, meaning that they get a new ip every time their modem reboots (so, they may have the same ip for a month or more). The majority of users though have a different ip at least every few days (dialup gets you a new ip every time you sign on, dsl/cable will generally get you a new ip once every 2-3 days).

don't the ip's have some similarities
-
I think mines static

Sometimes yes. Sometimes no. It's hard to explain, but there's some people I just can't effectively ban. Most people I can at least temporarily ban, though sometimes I start getting emails from people who can't use the forum anymore (because they're using an ip in the same range as the trouble-maker, I'll get several emails whenever I ban an aol proxy ip).

It's not, at least not the IP you just posted from.
