Idk what the chances of having a character like this are, but heres the min. requirements...
90 strength
85 mining
85 smithing (that's okay if it isn't this high)
80 theiving
66 Herblore

Well I guess that's it, but if you have a character or a multiple number of characters that meet these requirements I would like to purchase.
