It seems to happen a lot here, and there really is no proof to turn in hackers, to see if they're guilty or innocent. This is what you do.

Step One: You're buying an account using an MM.

Step Two: MM checked the account it is clean and ready to go.

Step Three: Account seller goes on account.

Step Four: You do everything, and it goes well you have account.

Step Five: You log in on account and, before you play the game you take a screenshot of the seller's IP address, post on TTG.

Step Six: Account is hacked and you get it back, Check the IP address again!! If they match we have a scammer...

lol its to late for that lol. but who would be the person to hack it back anyways?
