Title: Can't Recover Password

Ok, so I took a really long break from Runescape, and when I come back to play again I find my password changed and a keylogger on my computer. I got rid of the keylogger and tried to recover my password, but my recovery questions were changed. I put in as much information as I could and sent it. Apparently I couldn't remember enough so it was denied. I kept submitting them like 6 times, and they were denied every time. /mad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':angry:\' />

So I sent a message to Jagex telling them it kept being denied, and all I got back was an automated message saying they didn't read it because i'm not a member. Same thing happened with 3 more messages I sent in. So is there any way at all I can recover my password now, or am I screwed for good? /mad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':angry:\' />

how long was your break?
your account is deleted after like 30-60 days without playing
