Im going to start out with the Group called the "Anti scammers"
1"ANTI SCAMMERS"
1a-How it was Started and produced.
BACK in the ttg days a Group was Formed and produced by Ttgs Allanon todays forum moderator for runescapes forums and Zspec also todays forum moderators for runescape forums here on Ttg.
1b-How were ppl selected
Well when this group was selected the first few people were chosen from the most Trusted Middle men and Buyers\sellers around and then from there people in the group already would just name a person who they'd trust and either pm allanon or zspec and they were automaticly put in on the list... After a while the Requiements had to get more stricter and so many people were just making fake sigs so the "anti scammer group was turned into a minor group known for people "WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ACCUSED OF SCAMMED" - JUST so people would know the Anti scammers Group Isnt A SPECIAL GROUP
1c-The Anti scammers group Today
Today there isnt a specific list for the anti scammers list because it isnt a special group as i stated in my above paragraph it just veryfies that u havnt scammede yet nor been accused of scamming...and people take advantage of this thinking it makes them un-vulnerable of being accused of scamming - it does not....so anyone can become a anti scammer.
2- "The Elite anti scammers"
2a- How it was Started
The Elite anti scammers from what i know was formed Mar 22 2006 Of similiar concept of the Regular "anti scammer" exept the elite anti scammers were formed for a diffrent purpose the purpose to give trust to these particulary selected members...
As allanon said quote"--Being an elite can be a basis for trust for the most part--"unquote
Elite anti scammers when they were first produced were members willing to do anything for you to help your trade go sucesfully to mming or even just watching over the trades... or atleast thats what it was formed for.... not many elite anti scammers are active sorry to say this but including the president and vice president
[as i've realized everyone has a rl but if u cant handle your duties drop them for someone who could]
2b- How people were selected
From what i know the same requirements needed to be and elite anti scammer when it was first formed is the same as it is today but just to clear it up the requirements are
-Recomendation from at least two other people who are elites (past transactions could help)
-Over 50 forum posts
-NO SCAMS, if you are recognized as a scammer you will deffinently not get those recommendations.

2c-The ELITE anti scammers group today...
Today the elite anti scammers group is made out of people reccomended by 2 trusteds for example such as my self , but allanon has yet to upload me into the list ,. allanon can confirm im a elite anti scammer. some members are out of date and some people are known to scamm so i would suggest getting a secondary view also before u do trades also CONFIRMATION PMS IS A MUST.

and allanon hasnt changed any1 in a while. there sould be 1 or 2 more elites that allanon hasnt changed

Pm allanon i've talked to allanon in over 10 diffrent occasions from early nov to late may and gave him my 2 reccomendations Actually i have more than 2
