Title: Which Type of Accounts are worth the most?

I have a level 94 main, no skills that are all that special.

First of all, approximately how much would I get in either real or rs cash?

If there were any skill that would make the value of the acc more, which would it be? And which quests would add onto the price?

And while we're at it, what type of pure is worth the most?
