when you are at lvl 99 yea, but for the length of time that smithing has been a stat there are few that have lvl 99 in it

well,, that brings up a good point.. but to get there.. u need a lot of money in the first place to buy ores and bars.. or time to mine.. which then ud have 99 in mining as well..tons of time

nah you just need time
you can buy the coal 200 each and iron 100 each and make steel bars to sell and make 100 gp off of every bar

well i will get 99 wc then use the money from wcing to fletch then use that money to make 823k bow strings for 99 crafting. by then i will have full dragon and green p hat
