Access your add/remove programs via control panel and uninstall (remove)
Any of the following if found
Oin
Yazzle by Oin
Purityscan by Oin
Snowballwars by Oin
Cowabanga by OIN
or anything similar with Oin in it.

If OIN not listed, download and run this
UNINSTALLER (http://\"http://www.outerinfo.com/OiUninstaller.exe\")
Make sure that you reboot the computer after doing the above, it is important!

Download [color=\"red\"]SmitfraudFix[/color] (http://\"http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip\")[/url] (by S!Ri)
Extract the contents (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

1. Run Hijackthis again and post back a fresh log

hey mate thanks for the help but a friggin thing called SPYWAREQUAKE2.com... keeps coming up everytime i startup........its really pissing me off.......... all i tried to do was download a cd key for the antivirus i already had so i could have the full version.....that'll teach me.... i have deleted the file using add/remove and it still comes up everytime ........GRRRRR........

OH and by the way....i cannot delete the spyquake2 folder from program files and for some reason my clock is black............i looked and there is a program called TClock on my computer and i cant delete it from program files either it says " cannot delete file :access is denied .....make sure the disk is not full or write protected"

I suspected an entry in your log was related to PurityScan, it seems to be but alcanshorty has been updated to deal with it
Now we're going to try and clean the rest of this

I need you to do all the following please

==Download and save [color=\"red\"]Brute Force Uninstaller[/color] (http://\"http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip\")[/b] to the desktop

• Right click the BFU folder on your desktop, and choose Extract All
  
• Click "Next"
• In the box to choose where to extract the files to, click "Browse"
• Click on the + sign next to "My Computer"
• Click on "Local Disk (C:) or whatever your primary drive is
• Click "Make New Folder"
• Type in BFU
  
• Click "Next", and Uncheck the "Show Extracted Files" box and then click "Finish".
  

[color=\"red\"]RIGHT-CLICK HERE[/color] (http://\"http://metallica.geekstogo.com/alcanshorty.bfu\")[/b] and choose "Save As" (in IE it's "Save Target As") in order to download [color=\"red\"]Alcan worm remover[/color].

==Download and install Windows CleanUp! 4.5.2 (http://\"http://www.stevengould.org/downloads/cleanup/CleanUp452.exe\")

CleanUp! attempts to delete files from various temporary directories (including download directories/caches), as well as emptying the Recycle Bins.
If you make a habit of saving files that you wish to keep in any of these places,  they will be deleted when CleanUp! is run.
Please move them too a different location before we run this tool if the above is true
Note: It is generally considered poor practice to use temporary folders or the Recycle Bin to store files you intend to keep.

==Download, install, and update  Ewido anti-spyware (http://\"http://www.ewido.net/en/download/\")[list=1]

• Load Ewido and then click the Update tab at the top. Under Manual Update click Start update.
  
• After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
• Close Ewido. Do not run it yet.
  

Print and/or save the rest of these instructions to a text file saved to desktop

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode. To boot into Safe Mode, please restart your computer. Tap F8 before Windows loads. Select Safe Mode on the screen that appears.
Sign in with your normal user account

Once in safe mode
Find and delete this folder if you can
C:\Program Files\TClock

==Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu).
Set the program up as follows:
Click "Options..."
Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):

    * Empty Recycle Bins
    * Delete Cookies
    * Delete Prefetch files
    * Cleanup! All Users

Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.
When it's done>>Click Close
DECLINE to Log off or Restart the computer
NOTE: The first time you run CleanUp! it may prompt to run in Demonstration mode
Deny this, we want to run the actual cleanup!!

==Go to Start > My Computer and navigate to the C:\BFU folder.

• Start the Brute Force Uninstaller by doubleclicking BFU.exe
  
• Next to the scriptline to execute field click the folder icon (http://metallica.geekstogo.com/foldericon.png) and select alcanshorty.bfu
  
• Press Execute and let it do it’s job. (You ought to see a progress bar if you did this correctly.)
  
• Wait for the complete script execution box to pop up and press OK.
  
• Press exit to terminate the BFU program.
  

==Open the SmitfraudFix folder again and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.

You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.

The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".

The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process.  A text file will appear onscreen, with results from the cleaning process
I'll need to see these later, by default they are also saved at C:\rapport.txt

If a reboot was required, reboot back to safe mode
If it wasn't required, remain in safe mode

Ewido Scan

• Then run Ewido and click on the Scanner tab at the top and then click on Complete System Scan.  This scan can take quite a while to run, so be prepared.
  
• Ewido will list any infections found on the left hand side. When the scan has finished, it will automatically set the recommended action. Click the Apply all actions button. Ewido will display "All actions have been applied" on the right hand side.
  
• Click on "Save Report", then "Save Report As".  This will create a text file.  Make sure you know where to find this file again (like on the Desktop).

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:
Note: Most entries won't be found if everything went ok in above steps, but check any of the below that you find

Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot back to Normal mode

Post back the following please
1. Run Hijackthis again and post back a fresh log
2. Post the whole report from Ewido's
3. Post the log from Smitfraudfix>>C:\Rapport.txt

Please download [color=\"red\"]VundoFix.exe[/color] (http://\"http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4\")[/url] to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
  
• Put a check next to Run VundoFix as a task.
  
• You will receive a message saying vundofix will close and re-open in a minute or less. Click OK
  
• When VundoFix re-opens, click the Scan for Vundo button.
  
• Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
  
• You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
  
• Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
• When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
  
• Turn your computer back on.
• Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt along with a fresh hijackthis log

One other thing you can do
Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: wintuh32 - wintuh32.dll (file missing)


After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot  the computer

Back in windows
Ewido Scan

• Load Ewido and then click the Update tab at the top. Under Manual Update click Start update.
  
• After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
• Click on the Scanner tab at the top and then click on Complete System Scan.  This scan can take quite a while to run, so be prepared.
  
• Ewido will list any infections found on the left hand side. When the scan has finished, it will automatically set the recommended action. Click the Apply all actions button. Ewido will display "All actions have been applied" on the right hand side.
  
• Click on "Save Report", then "Save Report As".  This will create a text file.  Make sure you know where to find this file again (like on the Desktop).

Reboot the computer

Come back here and post a fresh hijackthis log and the report from Ewido's
