im selling a lvl 80 rune pure. stats include the following:
70 attack
77 strength (very close to 78)
45 deffence ( for berserker )
73 hitpoints
63 range
31 prayer
66 mage
 and other great stats.

I have beatin many quest's such as:
monkey madness
horror from the deep
dragon slayer

priest and peril ( for training at experiments, lvl 25 100 hp)
watchtower ( for raising range and making tons of $$)
and many more

Um yes it is... i've seen pures with stats worse than mine go for 10m
