Title: File Wont Delete

I was downloading a mpeg movie file and it somehow got stopped during download but the file is still in the folder I wanted to save it to. I click delete but it says the file is in use by another program. I tried to delete it in safe mode and it said the same thing. I cant figure out why its doing this. Any help would be appriciated.

Were you downloading the movie file with a filesharing program?
If so, enter the filesharing program that your using and delete it thru there
Eg.. Limewire
