Title: Google desktop

ok i downloaded google deaktop. When i run it and different programs at the same time they automatically shut down. It says they encounter a problem. The programs that i run were aim triton. Runescape windows client and Swift Switch. Just looking to see if this has happened to anyone else.

dell inspiron 6000

Intel celeron M processor 1.30 Ghz
248mb of ram microsoft xp service pack 2
Is that what you wanted?

That's what I wanted
Your computer is just enough to keep Windows XP running properly
I don't care what anyone says, but 512 MB is minimum, or you do notice a difference in performance

Let's take a look at your log
From my signature below, download and save too a permanent folder of it's own onto your harddrive
Hijackthis 1.99.1
Open Hijackthis.exe

Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here
Ensure everything is enable with MSCONFIG to ensure I see everything
Let's make sure you have no malware, get this computer clean
But remember to add more RAM

You can close this thread. It seems to be working now. Don't worry really soon i will be upgrading my RAM thanks for the help.
