Zonealarm has a free download that can do that if I remember.  www.zonealarm.com
I once used @guard, but I think Symantec bought them out and added it somehow to one of their products.  McAfee has some firewall package but don\'t think it is free either.

Checked and zonealarm still has a free download version that does block ports.

Zonelabs does block ports but you cannot be specific on which ones should be blocked. I need a solution that is more specific /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />

You can get a trial version of ZoneAlarm Pro that will allow you to block specific ports, but you have to get the pro version, that option is not available in the free version, then you simply do a search for a serial to get rid of the time limit.
