Title: Making Sigs for Rs Gold

I am trying to earn a little cash by making sigs for people at Set Prices.  I can have them done by the next day at the latest.  Most likely I will have it done within the next hour.  Please post a form like this if interested.

Form:

Picture: (either post a pic or tell me what you want it of)
Word Number: If you want a one word sig type 1 if you want more type the number of words.
Phrase: Type the word or phrase here
Animated: Type yes or no
Size: Small Medium or Large

a large pic with an animated phrase is 120k
a med pic with an animated phrase is 90k
a small pic with an animated phrase is 60k

a large pic with an animated word is 100k
a med pic with an animated word is 75k
a small pic with an animated word is 50k

a large pic with no animation phrase is 100k
a med pic with no animation phrase is 70k
a small pic with no animated phrase is 40k

a large pic with no animation word is 80k
a med pic with no animation word is 55k
a small pic with no animated word is 30k

No more than 14 words please.
