Title: cd burner trouble

Im using win xp pro and it refuses to see mu tdk burner as anything but a spot to burn ie if I put a cd in that has something on it it shows up as a blank cd any ideas?

What model of TDK burner is it? My good friend has a 24X10X40 with XP, it works great for him.

if you\'re running xp than most likely the drivers you have aren\'t compatible
you should go to the manufacturer\'s website and download the driver for windows xp
then it should work properly
that\'s just my guess

are you using any other software with your cd rw other than the one built in xp... have you checked for updates for xp because there is and update for cd rw\'s its been out for a while now..
