Title: I'm having a problem

Uber Noob approached me over msn, He wanted to buy some runescape 2 Millions.

I said that i would like payment first or otherwise we would have to do small payments.
he then said he was part of a trusted group called anti scammers.
I am new to this site so i have no idea what he is talking about nor Do i trust them at all.
He said he was reporting me for scamming and thats sad, beacuse i have not nor will i scam anyone.
I would like to know if this "anti-scammers" group is legit.

I'm just concernd about getting scammed. If i know that I'm not going to then I'llbe happy to do business transactions but untill then I wont do any unless i know my money will be safe.

it is a true group but he is not a part of it

u no who r antiscammers by in the group section where it normally says members it says antiscammer
