Impossible because the lowest lvl you can be is 3.

all they do is put hp to 1
once there was 1 he was lvl 1 1 hp...a man owned him , e was wearin a phat and full drag lolz , i wasnt there but i seen pics

Oh, and another thing, Enough with the BULL about the J-Mods. They are all low levels, because they dont have time to trian up their accounts. Because... oh I don't know... IT'S ONLY THEIR FLIPPING JOB!

You know this how? you have some proof? If they set a skill to 500 extra then they would have to update the entire game to make it like that then all players could get 500 str.

It's simple. Jagex has to Update the entire game to make themselves lvl one! meaning if they updated the game you could create a new account and be lvl 1 yourself. Other wise if they didn't update the game the servers would be down when they try and make only themselves level 1.

I think your stupid because you're the only one who thinks like this. Mabye you should shut up you little kid. You know nothing on how game updates/editing works. I should know my friend is creating his own game and he is a serious computer techniction, he programs games and computer software into your computer things like microsoft files, and other files that are already there when you get a computer. He is the one i go to when i need computer help or need a question answered.
A perfect example is when the make updates you see the little time showing "update in: 2:00". They need all players offline to update there game servers. otherwise it would take serveral days to update the game when there is 100,000 people online.
