Said he was selling Counter-Strike key + account. Counter-Strike key is not on there. Counter-Strike does not work. I did not take pics because i trusted him

first off...
it works for a fact it was my account that ive used.

also i gave the account first then met him on runescape for my money.. he paid then said i tried recovering the account.. i said i didnt and wated there with him then he said "my bad" i cept askin if everything was straight as he got on account to check things out. after about 10minutes he said it was good so i left with my money. now he wants to trade back and i will not because i dont know if it was banned and i waited for him to check out and trade back if needed when we traded.
