even if the admin knows he using a proxy he still cant do nuttin bout it
theyll just change ip and log back in

u cant get rid of scammers
but u can prevent them !!

take the necisarry precuations request an OFFICIAL MM if one is not on then go to the next best thing any user who has many transactions and is all around known as a good guy
but even then u cant be sure

Post by: Devilman on August 09, 2006, 08:24:22 AM: yer i kno. transactions list are good, post count and general rep. useing offical mm's is a good ida, just not at rs2cheting. i was scammed 12m by a offical mm and mod there. he was banned but i never got my 12m back

Post by: Redevil on August 09, 2006, 11:24:24 AM: Hi do you have any proof that you gave the guy what he wanted. For example an Msn conversation HISTORY which shows him talking about it and saying THX FOR DOING IT and admitting he sent the money? If you do send that information to ebay.

They cant take money straight form ur dredit card just from your paypal account. You dont but any money in and they cant take it. BUT they could still pass ur details onto higher authorties. Try to find history logs of ur convos and any scrrenshots you may have.
