Does anyone know how to permanantly display the bitrate in winxp internet explorer?

Sorry, i meant windows explorer! That was a stupid mistake!! /sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':(\' />(
In win explorer, click view - details ;  R click top (taskbar) bar, select bitrate.
Is there a way of displaying it globally over your windows inst?
