Try searching your CD for the EULA.txt file. It is needed to install. This appears to be a problem for alot of people. I can\'t find any info on the error though. I am not getting the error either. ????????

Maybe there is some hint in some of the *.inf files. The installation tries to find the file from it´s original place but it has been moved to %Drive%:ROOTUENGLISHXPHOMEI386 for instance.
When using unattended setup and the OEMSKipEula=Yes command you propably won´t get this error.
