Title: trouble with win2k datacenter server

hi i followed some directions one of my friends sent me and made datacenter bootable but when it boot from dos it said this : couldn\'t find NTLDR file any one know where i can find this file?

Off any 2000 box or CD actually.  It\'s a hidden system file so make sure you turn off hide files.

this also happens when NTLDR is just in root directory,
as it should be, but the boot.ini file is damaged or missing, too.
