* Step 1: This is always possible no matter which card you have used to sign up to Paypal. By saying you "cant do this" means you "cant be bothered to." COnnect you paypal account to your bank account. This means the very moment moeny is in your paypal account you can put it straight into your bank account! This is so you r paypal balance ALWAYS reads £0.00. This means if someone files a cash back theres no money to remove!
PAYPAL is deffinately NOT allowed to remove money from your bank account, as it would be ILLEGAL.
* Step 2: This is a lot easier. Use a screen recorder or take miltiple screenshots of the trade. Of the runescape side of the trade, Of msn conversations and of your paypal screen etc. This way if someone does file a chargeback you have amples of proof to show paypal that the trade was a succes and that this person is trying to rip you off.
*Step3 : Use your common sense! This is REAL MONEY your using. If something isn't going the way you wnat it to your at FULL LIBERTY to stop the trade. If you dont trust the person dont do it. If hes a nnamed scammer carefully think about the trade. If you STILL want to go through with it go through the security steps above.
some people Scam on runescape for what ever reason they have. But to eb completely truthful there not breakign ANY law. Only a runescape rule (remember the trade itself is breaking a runescape rule). However the moment money is involved this scam becomes ILLEGAL. It is illegal to cashback on money when you have recieved the goods. It is against the LAW of the USA and the Birtish goverments and falls under fraud., DOnt let these people get away with it. Loosing $200+ or £100+ isnt a "scam" you can simply get over. It effects your life at the time.
STOP SCAMMERS BE CAREFUL ON PAYPAL ......and for furute reference im ENGLISH NOT AMERICAN.

/cool.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'B)\' /> when it comes to paypal. If you have proof of the trade going over its not there duty to inform jagex of anything. I have been attempted charged back 6 times totalling £987. All to do with jagex. Ive never been banned because of it and ive kept my money as i can prove it was a success. paypal dont go blabbing to runescape and the majour point is they dont even know the rules. there jsut stopping FRAUD.
