Title: One question on buyin and sellin accounts

Hey sorry to be so nooby. im new here and im interested in buyin acc and sellin but hes my question what does mm do?
I know mm stands for middle man but what does this guy actually do? How does it work?

wll, lets say i sold a rune full to someone, and the person whos buying gives money to middle man, and i give item to mm, and he gives me money, and he give other player item.

and on u wanting to buy saccount, i have a great one, if ur interested.
