It's normal to see more than one instance of svchost.exe
But let's make sure everything looks good
From my signature below, download and save too a permanent folder of it's own onto your harddrive
Hijackthis 1.99.1
Open Hijackthis.exe

Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here... Don't try and fix anything----It is all important

I don't see any malware, maybe a bit too much protection may cause high CPU

You have more than one software Firewall installed
I see both Sygates and Zone Alarm
Firewall software is like AntiVirus software, having more than one running in the background can cause slowdowns and system instabilities

I would choose the one your happiest with and remove the other
Sygate's isn't supported anymore, some still use it however, you may want to remove it and stick with ZA
Reboot the computer afterwards

Back in Windows
I see Ad-Aware's Adwatch and Windows Defenders realtime protection running
You appear to have the paid verison of Ad-Aware
Leave it's protections running and try disabling WD's protections and see if things improve also
Open Windows Defender.
Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.

Any help?
