Post by: littlefly1 on August 15, 2006, 06:46:43 PM
hey if this guy gives me 190$ and then writes a note when he gives the 190$ saying "I have already recieved my goods. This transaction can't be charged back!" can he get his 190$ back?

and also he opens dispute and then closes it...
Can he get his 190$ back from paypal in any way?

if you open dispute and close it, then you can't open new dispute which means you can't do a chargeback anymore.

You can always file a chargeback, but since he wrote the note saying that he got it, even if he did, you could get the money back
