Hey my sisters computer--wont go to the internet--we have the internet cable in her comp and the  thing it plugs into


and stil lwont go..

Are you connection through ethernet or USB?

Just to ensure it's not malware related
Can you do the following
From one computer to the other
Transfer hijackthis.exe, save it too a permanent folder of it's own on the computer with no internet

you can transfer with floppy, usb thumbdrive or cd

Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad

Transfer that log to the computer with Internet and post the WHOLE log back here please
