ya luring is now a rule, you cant go to "report abuse" button, but you could write jagex a message about it /ohmy.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':o\' /> or so ive heard...

and cap locks, for the lvl range, you can sit on forums, when someone sells the item your "buying", go onto runhq, go to combat calqulator, and type there name in, says there combat there /tongue.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' />

i just pked full dharocks and whip and fury today hahah i used tele block in lvl 50wild and then when he got to lvl 1 i used ice barrage then dds then whip special and k0ed him heheh that was 30mins ago
